What is Aerobic Gymnastics?
Aerobic Gymnastics involves performing continous,
complex and high intensity movement patterns to music,
which originates from traditional aerobics, but with a
high degree of perfectly executed elements of difficulty.
Aerobic Gymnastics is registered under FIG, IAF, ANAC and
FISAF as one of the competitive gymnastics discipline.
Who can come for Aerobic Gymnastics?
Minimum age : 12 above
What to wear : Leotards or t-shirts and shorts. No buttons, buckles or zips on clothes, no jewellery.
